CONSENT TO RUN BACKGROUND & CREDIT REPORT (FCRA AUTHORIZATION)

By signing below, you are providing your written instructions and consent to Majha Capital Inc. and its lending partners (“Lender”) to obtain one or more consumer and/or background reports on the Merchant and any guarantor(s) (collectively, “you” or “your”) from one or more consumer reporting agencies and/or third-party providers. You authorize Lender to obtain and use such reports for the purpose of evaluating this loan application, verifying your identity, making credit decisions, and for other permissible purposes related to credit in connection with this application and any subsequent applications submitted within ninety (90) days. You further authorize Lender to obtain additional consumer and/or background reports at any time during the term of the loan for purposes including, but not limited to, account review, servicing, monitoring, collection, renewal, modification, or enforcement of the loan, or for any other permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this authorization.
