CONSENT TO RUN BACKGROUND REPORT

By clicking “I Agree”, you are providing “written instructions” to Majha Capital Inc. under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing Majha Capital Inc. to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information from a consumer reporting agency. You authorize Majha Capital Inc. to obtain such information solely to prequalify you for credit options. Credit information accessed for your prequalification request may be different from the credit information accessed by a credit grantor on a later date when making a final credit decision.

You further authorize Majha Capital Inc. to obtain additional background reports at various times throughout the term of any resulting loan for purposes of servicing, monitoring, collection, enforcement, or any other permissible purpose allowed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
